Terms and Conditions

Access, enquiries and bookings through Bollywoodhens.co.uk website is provided by Bollywood Hens Limited and subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

100% Payment Protection
To meet the requirements of the Package Travel Regulations 1992, which require protection for money pre-paid by consumers, Bollywood Hens Ltd hold 100% of your money on trust, in a separate bank account.

Privacy Policy
Bollywood Hens Limited only pass on your group’s names and contact details onto the suppliers relevant to your booking. All other information you provide us with is private and will not be passed onto any third parties.

Payment
Bollywood Hens Limited accepts payments made out to Bollywood Hens Ltd. The group leader is responsible to ensure all monies are paid on time.

One full payment from the group leader acts as a deposit, followed by one payment for the final balance 6 weeks before the due date. We can then get everything in place for you. The further in advance you book the greater control you will have over your itinerary.

Bollywood Dance classes can only be booked if you have a minimum number of 10 in your hen party. This is so that we can continue to provide a good service to a decent sized group at our competitive rate of £29 per head. Unlike many other providers, as well as a goody bag for the hen we also give your group Bollywood cupcakes after the class.

Late Bookings
Bollywood Hens Limited considers a late booking to be a booking made within 4 weeks of an event. Payment in full is required upon booking. If the balance is not received in accordance with the above, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and retain in full all payments.

Availability
Booking early is advisable to ensure your chosen activity is available.

Confirmation
Your deposit will not be processed until suppliers have confirmed availability; at this point your booking turns from provisional to confirmed and a confirmation email of your event and all the necessary details will be sent to you.

Health and Other Requirements
Please call us if you are in any doubt about the suitability of an activity for you or your group. Our activities are designed for adults and our suppliers require certain levels of health and physical fitness before you can take part; certain suppliers do not allow pregnant ladies to participate. We want you to get the most from your weekend but we need to know any special requirements at the time of booking.

Damage and Behaviour
Your party is responsible financially for any damage they cause to the supplier’s property during the event. Suppliers may require a credit card imprint or cash behaviour bond on arrival; this is standard across the industry. The group leader is responsible for ensuring that their group’s behaviour does not encroach on other guests’ enjoyment.

Safety and Weather
To the best of our knowledge and belief our suppliers observe the highest standards of safety for the activities. Inclusion of activities should not be taken as a warranty from Bollywood Hens Limited as to the safety standards of the featured suppliers. All outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation due to the weather, the group leader is subject to the refund conditions of the activity supplier.

Alterations by Us
Bollywood Hens Limited reserve the right at any time to substitute alternative accommodation or make any other alterations to event arrangements which become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and undertake to inform the group leader of any such changes as soon as possible. Where this involves additional expenditure, such charges must be borne by the group or if the charges are not acceptable, a full and prompt refund will be given.

Changes by You
After the final balance, Bollywood Hens Limited will try to accommodate any changes up to 10 days before your event. If you numbers have dropped after this time, you are liable for any members of your group dropping out and will not be refunded

Cancellation
The cancellation of a booking can be accepted only if it is received in writing from the group leader at least 14 days in advance of your event. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. If our suppliers impose a cancellation charge for their incurred costs; the group leader will be responsible for meeting these costs. If someone within your group cancels, whatever the reason, we are unable to offer a refund, especially if you decide to inform us just days before your event. You must confirm your party numbers 10 days before your event. If you can find someone to take their place we can arrange a name transfer free of charge.

Prior to the event
Please provide us with names in full prior to the event along with any room shares if you have booked accommodation with us. This will ensure that your group activities run as smoothly as possible.

Itinerary
When the full balance is received, the full itinerary is sent detailing your accommodation, activities, directions and any tickets. We advise all our group leaders to contact the relevant suppliers on their Itinerary, at least 7 days before the event to ensure the booking is as you expect, and run through any queries that you may have; we also ask you to take your Itinerary with you as your “ticket” for the event.

Complaints
Bollywood Hens Limited does not employ staff within resorts. Should you encounter a problem whilst on an event, please always contact your contracted supplier in the first instance, to allow them the opportunity to resolve any queries.

If you are unable to resolve the matter whilst on the event, the group leader on behalf of the group, should email (not telephone) us within 14 days of your return including any supporting information. Failure to follow this process may affect any outcome. Whilst we will endeavour to answer all queries as soon as possible, we will have to forward the complaint to the relevant supplier.

Other Information
In the unlikely event that you have to pay for an activity or for entrance to a venue booked and paid in advance through Bollywood Hens Limited, then you must collect a receipt and send it to us in order for us to investigate and reimburse those costs.

All information given by Bollywood Hens in respect of your event is provided by the supplier. We make every effort to ensure that this information is current, however we cannot be held responsible for any information given in good faith that is subsequently found to be incorrect.

The group leader is responsible for ensuring that the group is aware of these Terms and Conditions.

General Rules
1. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. Bollywoodhens.co.uk reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions posted online to obtain notice of such changes. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified by the posted changes.

2. This site’s content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast, transmitted, re-transmitted or stored in any medium (including on any other website) in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use:

(i) on a single computer at any time; and

(ii) by means of printing out a single hard copy of any part of the content of this site.

Any other use requires the prior written permission of Bollywoodhens.co.uk or must be in accordance with the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the content contained in this site or use it for any other purpose other than as permitted above. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Bollywoodhens.co.uk, its products and services (or to those of any of Bollywoodhens.co.uk parent companies or third parties) are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or warranties (express or implied) including but not limited to warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, reliability; or that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that these materials or their server(s) are free of viruses, bugs, Trojan horses or other contaminants. Bollywoodhens.co.uk furthermore retains the right at all times to amend, change, modify, alter or delete any part of the site (such as without limitation, users’ recipe boxes) at any time in its absolute discretion.

4. The names, images and logos identifying Bollywoodhens.co.uk, its group companies, third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of Bollywoodhens.co.uk, and/or the relevant group company and/or third parties as the case may be. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon you, by implication or otherwise any licence or right of any nature, whether under any trade mark or copyright or otherwise, in respect of any of the content contained in this site, except for the limited right of use referred to above.

5. So far as permitted by law in no event will Bollywoodhens.co.uk be liable to you for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.

6. Occasionally the site will contain competitions, offers, products or services for which payments may be required. On such occasion all prices are in pounds sterling and unless expressly stated otherwise any prices, costs or figures displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT and any other sales taxes (where applicable). How we handle users’ personal information is set out in the our Privacy Policy.

7. You agree to defend and fully indemnify Bollywoodhens.co.uk, its parent companies and any third party against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by them as a result of your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

8. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, then to the extent that term or condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, as binding and enforceable terms and conditions in full force and effect.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising from the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
